FIRST IJUBA FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2011

Members of EGBE ONISIN ELEDUMARE recently closed their ritual year with the celebration of ODUN IJESU in which New Yam was blessed offered  and shared with the community of the physically living and those spirit beings and Ancestors who have contributed to the growth and well being of African people world wide. During the celebrations focus was given to OFIN MEJE ALAWO DUDU and respects and acknowledgment was paid to Agba Maulana Karenga of US for his worldwide contribution through the festival KWAANZA.

As we open a new Gregorian calendar year we salute and bless Olori Awo of Republic Trinidad & Tobago Agba Clarence Forde.

We salute all African Organizations that have championed the cause of the African in Ile – Iere, Republic Trinidad & Tobago.

We open our year with Ijuba at our International Headquarters, Simeon Road, Petit Valley, Republic Trinidad & Tobago beginning at 2.00p.m.

All victuals are welcomed.

All members are invited to come and help prepare the place for Ijuba.

All OBATALA devotees are to note that this can be used as a launch for Obatala Festival to be hosted by Ojise  Obatala , Edena  – Chief Oriyomi Orisagbemi.
