The calendar of orisa events and activities have already begun in Republic Trinidad and Tobago.
In this month of January,201o OJISE OBATALA of Edena in Ife-land – OLOYE ORIYOMI ORISAGBEMI – will once again host his Annual Obatala FESTIVAL.
The Festival takes place at:
ITA OOSA
51Alberto Street, Woodbrook
Port-of- Spain,Republic Trinidad & Tobago
IWURE begins at 2p.m.
Offerings are welcomed. Items for offering include: white yam,obi abata,obi ifin, ogi-ori-shea-butter,aso funfun-white cloth, igbin-snail,eyele funfun-white pigeon, ododo funfun-white roses or anthuriums.
There will be a viewing of previous Obatala Festivals.
COME AND ENJOY the oriki and music of ORISA’NLA.
This year’s Festival is dedicated to the memory of the recently departed OBALALE of ILE-IFE-Agba DOSU OLUGUNDUDU.
